2. May improve blood flow
Our body has the ability to transform the omega-3 fatty acids in salmon oil to produce a compound known as nitric oxide.
This compound favors the dilation of blood vessels, which stimulates blood flow and, as a consequence, reduces blood pressure.

3. Has anti-inflammatory properties
Inflammation is the response that our immune system has to a negative effect. On the other hand, inflammation cannot be maintained for long, as it generates chronic diseases, diabetes and heart disease.
